What is Sculptra?

Sculptra biostimulator focused collagen stimulation. Sculptra is used to restore facial volume loss due to aging. Sculptra contains poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which is a biocompatible synthetic substance that stimulates collagen production. At the age of 20, we stop producing collagen. At the age of 30 we lose 1% of collagen each year. Sculptra is a must for both prevention and correction of facial aging.

What to expect:

Sculptra

Results develop gradually over a few months as collagen production increases. Typically, a series of treatments is recommended for optimal results, with effects lasting up to two years.

Radiesse

Offers immediate results with continued improvement as the body produces collagen. Effects can last up to 18 months, making it a great option for long-lasting volume restoration.

Areas to be treated:

Face:

Sculptra is injected into facial areas like the temples, cheeks, and smile lines. For jawline contouring, Radiesse is an excellent choice. These injections stimulate collagen production, strengthening and tightening the skin while naturally addressing volume loss.
Typically, a series of three treatments is recommended. Depending on the product, results can last from 12 months to 3 years.

Body skin tightening:

Starting at $1150

It can be injected into the knees, the elbows, or in the abdomen to help stimulate collagen in the area, thus improving skin texture and tone. Results last 2-3 years.

Cellulite Treatment:

Starting at $1150

It is strategically injected into areas of the legs to diminish the appearance of cellulite, leaving behind a smooth and firmer appearance. A series of 3-4 sessions are recommended. Results last 2-3 years.

Booty:

Starting at $6000

The Radiesse “Booty Lift” is a truly revolutionizing non-surgical procedure with minimal downtime. The injection of Radiesse helps stimulate collagen in the area, allowing your body to create its own volume, leaving you with a booty to be proud of. Results last 3-5 years.

Why Choose Biostimulators?

  • Natural Results: Subtle, authentic enhancements.
  • Long-Lasting: Results can last multiple years with both Sculptra and Radiesse.
  • Collagen Boost: Healthier, more resilient skin over time.

The Benefits of Sculptra

Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra works gradually by encouraging the body to produce collagen, resulting in smoother, firmer skin over time. It’s minimally invasive, requires minimal downtime, and has the ability to deliver subtle yet significant improvements.

Your Sculptra Consultation

A Sculptra treatment consultation will include in-depth discussions about your appearance goals, any existing medical conditions, allergies, and recent treatments. The skincare professional must also be informed regarding current prescriptions to ensure that Sculptra is safe for your health.

A facial evaluation will be performed in order to determine the ideal injection sites for your treatment. Photographs will be taken to help the skincare professional assess which areas need Sculptra treatment.

The expected results of the initial treatment, will be discussed to help establish realistic expectations. The skincare professional will go over the longevity of results and which lifestyle habits can shorten the benefits of Sculptra.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SCULPTRA TREATMENT

A week before your Sculptra treatment, avoid NSAIDs and herbal supplements. Refrain from drinking alcoholic beverages for at least 24 hours before and after your Sculptra session. This will help prevent excessive bruising while the filler sets in the treated area.

Avoid skin products that may irritate the skin at least 2 to 3 days before and after a Sculptra treatment. Examples of these are products containing tretinoin, retinol, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or hydroquinone.

People with a history of cold sores will have special instructions to prepare their skin before a Sculptra session.

On the day of your treatment, do not apply any makeup or products to the treatment areas.

YOUR SCULPTRA SESSION

A Sculptra session begins with applying topical anesthesia on the selected area for treatment. If the patient’s pain tolerance is low, it may be necessary to use local anesthesia.

Once the anesthesia takes effect, Sculptra will be injected into the selected area for treatment. Expect a mild pushing and pulling sensation as the dermal filler settles in. The whole treatment should last around 45 minutes to 1 hour.

SCULPTRA AFTERCARE

Drink plenty of water after your Sculptra session. You should be well hydrated for 2-3 days after your treatment to get the best results to revitalize collagen production.

Swelling and bruising are normal. You will need to massage the areas treated for 5 minutes 5 times a day for 5 days in order to optimize new collagen production.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost of Sculptra and Radiesse treatments varies based on individual needs and treatment areas. On average, Sculptra treatments range from $1900 per session, while Radiesse treatments typically range from $1700 + per session depending on areas treated During your consultation, we will provide a personalized quote based on your specific goals.

What is the difference between filler and biostimulators?

Fillers are gel substances, like hyaluronic acid, that diminish lines by pushing up the dermis space beneath wrinkles and creases. Results appear immediately and can last up to several months. Collagen stimulators are used to diminish facial wrinkles by helping to restore the deep, underlying structure of the skin. Results appear gradually over the treatment regime (typically three injections over the course of three to four months) and can last up to two years.
